Hidden Valley Country Club

GOLF

Discover Golf in Its Most Scenic Form

Often described as a “golfer’s paradise”, the Club’s course caters to players of all skill levels,
balancing playability with strategic shot-making. Well-maintained fairways, pristine greens, and
natural hazards demand accuracy, while still allowing for an enjoyable round.

Hidden Valley Country Club features 27 holes of championship golf set against the scenic backdrop of the Wasatch foothills. The original 18-hole course, designed by William F. Bell, opened in 1958, with an additional nine holes designed by William H. Neff was added in 1979 to complete the Club’s distinctive 27-hole layout.

Affectionately known as the Valley, Lakes, and Mountain nines, each course offers its own unique character, winding naturally through the surrounding landscape. Players are often treated to sightings of local wildlife, while the peaceful setting provides a sense of serenity that feels worlds away—yet remains unmatched within the city.

We look forward to welcoming members and their guests to enjoy the course at Hidden Valley. Guests are invited to play when accompanied by a member, making every round a shared experience.

The Pro Shop is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your day, offering quality apparel, equipment, and expert guidance. Let us know how we can may your experience exceptional.

Members and guests are expected to maintain a neat, clean, and presentable appearance at all times.  Attire should reflect the traditions and etiquette of the game of golf and the private country club environment.

Appropriate golf course attire includes traditional golf clothing designed for comfort and performance on the course such as collared shirts, golf slacks, tailored shorts, skirts, skorts, and other golf-specific apparel. Denim and overly casual clothing are not permitted on the golf course.

Standard caps must be worn with the brim facing forward and it is recommended that shirts are tucked in.

Members and guests are expected to exercise good judgment when selecting attire. Excessively revealing or inappropriate styles are discouraged, and all clothing should reflect the standards, traditions, and atmosphere of the Club.

As part of our shared commitment to the Club, members and their guests are asked to take an active role in caring for the course. Please repair divots in the fairways, fix ball marks on the greens, and smooth footprints in bunkers during play to help maintain optimal conditions for all. Golf carts should remain on designated paths around tees and greens to preserve these high traffic areas. Members are also responsible for ensuring their guests understand and observe the rules of golf and proper etiquette, supporting a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
